We are delighted to be able to highlight some of the wonderful women that work with TRACS International, and the second in our series is Maggie Hystad Murison!

“Having spent most of my working life as cabin crew, I decided to place my feet firmly on the ground and take an office job in 2009 – a big change for me – I was therefore intrigued when I was asked a question in 2012: “Are you interested in helping run training?”. My reply: “Is international travel required … ?” The answers were “yes” and “yes”, and since then, Andalucia, The Pyrenees, Provence, Patagonia, Uganda, Myanmar (and Scotland, England and Wales) have opened their doors to me as TRACS

Training manager and events organiser. I look after the logistics, administration, and HSE for these field events (and the class ones too), and occasionally accompany tutors in performance art in the field. It’s a great job.
The most important part for me is the people and the relationships I have built not only with my colleagues and the participants but the people we are so lucky to meet along the way.
If I was to pick a place , a moment in time that is in my heart, then it would be watching the sunrise with a monk at the Shwedagon Pagado in Yangon , Myanmar.”
Get in touch with Maggie on training@tracs.com for further information on the training courses TRACS offer. https://tracs.com/training/
