This course is aimed at advanced theory and latest thinking for planning wells.

As such, it is suitable for G&G, operations and drilling communities that are routinely involved in the design of wells in sub-salt, carbonate and compressional settings.

The main focus is to review current theory, as well as provide pragmatic solutions.

Our geopressure training courses are designed to run in-classroom or using Teams. Comprising full day or three-hour sessions that can be delivered on subsequent days or split to fit the time constraints of individual operators and staff.

The value-added is getting all teams (G&G, operations and Drilling) in the same virtual room.

Each Session is designed be stand-alone.

Each topic is accompanied by multi-linked Excel spreadsheet exercises using real well data and can be used after the course to help solve problems.

Stephen has been instrumental in developing Best Practice workflows, well planning R&D, mentoring staff and integrating pore pressure with rock physics and geomechanics.
